I'd change my memories of my biological father, I'd tweak them so that they leaned more towards good and less towards the bad.
To make things better,I wrote down all the things he did to me that I wanted to forgive him for. I burned it and went to sleep. I woke up the next day, I felt lighter.
Last year I did that with an ex boyfriend. He moved out two weeks to the day I burned the letter and prayed. No arguments, no issues just peace. I hope the same happens this time.
FORGIVE has the word GIVE in it. Ironic. Because usually, you think you're doing something else for the other person, but really you're during something for yourself.
Martin, I guess we have to go "ACROSS THE UNIVERSE" to find out what's up with you.
