So. Big Bruh came through without a scratch. Years of Drinking and Drugging and fast food will DESTROY your internal and external organs. There is no magical cure for bad living. So. I'm just finishing the Master Cleanse. (www.therawfoodsite.com) Wow is all I can say. Like drinking lemonade all day for a week and a half. ONLY. I lost 10 pounds in 6 days..same thing Beyonce was on when she did Dreamgirls. I had to get off as I was enjoying the process so much that I lost 20 pounds. M Lu 20pounds lighter!!! WOOOOOOOO

I actually suggest this cleanse to anyone who wants to reset the digestive system and lose a few extra in the process.

I just finished the master cleanse also. The experience was ill fulling 4 me. I am more open and clear and 10 pounds lighter :) 2006 was a toxic year for a lot of folks and the cleanse was a move for detoxing all that old stuff out and making way for the neww good funky stuff.

being sick's also a good toxic flush. in the past two month's i've lost 20-25 lbs. (i'm only 5'1" so it's dramatic). i call it the nicole ritchie diet. ;p

live is moving at a frantic pace. moving to a new place, starting a new business, working to get industry contacts and resources. so much to buy-- it's overwhelming but i just tell myself to put one foot in front of the other. u can't move forward if u're running around in circles.
Correct and to get up and over the mountain...take it one step at a time. Don't look at the enormity of the task..taking a step how ever big or small can be equally enormous. I've been listening to some motivational stuff but I keep thinking about fasting and meditating so that I can be clear and focused.
Also, why doesn't each individual in the world (namely my neighbors and coworkers) understand that EVERYONE'S BLESSING GO THEIR NAME WRITTEN ON IT. What is for you is for you and noone else.
