It's funny you mentioned Bastards of the Party. I was channel surfing late last nite and saw the doc. It was an eye opener, a taste of our reality. Being from Chicago I have been exposed to gangs most of my childhood, my mom was one of the first female officers in the CPD. Gangs and youth violence plagued our community for as long as I can remember, but this was on a whole notha level. Thanks for keepin us informed Marty. I too shall pass the word...

Well I am responding to your new song"Dreaming without breaks". I already love it. It has already spoke to me. Interesting enough pressure comes in your birthing process. Moving, and being uncomfortable. Those babies you carried that you have waited to see come out of yourself , are now here. You've stood and have watch others rise knowing you are chosen, knowing your talent is a gift. Now , is the time. And when the people around you were hating on you, it only made you stronger. You don't need people to stand. You can encourage yourself. You have something to say and now, nothing can stop it from being heard...... not even you.
